The diffusor is a mat glass which changes the light characteristic of the built-in reflector. Due to the larger scattering of the light beam, the light characteristic becomes softer and therefore in connection with all Hedler reflectors you can create intermediate stages of the light hardness. Furthermore in connection with Hedler metal reflectors you can change the reflexion on shiny surfaces positively. The metal enclosure of the glass provides a protection gainst damages and makes it easier for installation. The max. light capacity of the mat glass is 2000 Watt.

The part is being delivered in a sturdy plastic box.
