Order Sequence Once you have found the desired product, you can place the product noncommittally by clicking the button "ADD TO CART" .By clicking the button "SHOPPING CART" you can noncommittally review all products placed in there. You can easily take a product out of the shopping cart by simply click "REMOVE" just in front of the product and then click "UPDATE" and the product is no longer in the shopping cart. If you want to purchase the products in the shopping cart, you click the button "CHECKOUT". You are now asked to fill-out your personal information, select the type of payment and confirm acceptance of customer information. At any time you can interrupt the order processing or close the order by clicking the button "CONTINUE". Naturally you can correct and/or change your given information in the ordering process by pressing the button "RETURN" in your browser. Or you use for your corrections the changing button (EDIT) prior to handing over your order.
Achievement of the Contract
The contract language is German. The product representation in our online-shop is not a legal binding offer, but it is a merely noncommittal online-catalog. After input of your personal data and by clicking the button "CONFIRM ORDER" you give a binding order of the products in your shopping cart. Immediately after receipt of your order we send you an acknowledgement indicating that your order has arrived, however, the contract becomes only valid once you have received our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
Storage of the Contract Text
Your order as well as your personal ordering information which you fill-out in our onlineshop prior to your first order, are being stored in your personal customer account. With your login-data which you receive after your first registration, you are now able to log yourself into your personal customer account at anytime. You have the possibility to view your order with all given data and have it printed-out. Furthermore you will receive an order confirmation from us sent to the e-mail address indicated in your order. At anytime you can view and print-out the general contract data under www.studioexpress.de.
