We offer different payment methods:

Bank Transfer/Payment-in-Advance
This is the normal bank transfer, which you have to initiate after receipt of your order confirmation, either through your home bank or naturally online as well. Please don't forget to include your order number, only then we can assure proper assignment of your order. Depending on the bank it takes approximately 1 to 3 days (from a foreign country longer) until the money is deposited into our account. There might be additional banking fees for transfers from a foreign country .

Immediate Bank Transfer
If you have an online bank account with a PIN/TAN number, then you can pay comfortably from this online bank account. All you need is the account number, bank sorting code, PIN and TAN. An order which is payed by immediate bank transfer receives the status payed and therefore has a time advantage of approximately 2 - 3 days to a normal bank transfer. PayPal
If you have a PayPal account you can use this online payment service. Normally you are directed to the PayPal Website immediately after completion of your order in order to make your payment. Detailed information you find here: PayPal There are no additional costs for you.
 

Credit Card
You can also pay with credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express).
 

 


Billpay (Debit)
During the purchasing process you give you banking details. After shipment of the goods, Billpay debits your account.


We do not invoice our customers with the exception of schools, authorities and other official institutions. All prices are in Euro incl. 19% sales tax. Your personal data is safely transferred via SSL coding and cannot be read or intercepted by third parties.


After Payment
After receipt of your payment your order is packaged and shipped immediately, latest the following work day. You will receive an e-mail indicating that your order has been “shipped”.
