Profoto's collapsible reflectors are probably the most straightforward light modifiers. They are easy to use, easy to carry and can reflect or diffuse both ambient and flash light. The sturdy yet foldable metal frame is equipped with two ergonomically designed handles, making the reflectors easy to fold and hold in different positions.
The translucent reflector is actually a diffuser that softens the light and minimizes contrast. Typically, you hold the translucent reflector over your subject when shooting to soften your flash or direct sunlight. You place it between the light source and the subject.
