Characteristics:

Profoto has designed the flash heads in such a way that many reflectors can be changed in the light angle and thus in the effect by simply moving the flash head. You can sort of "paint" with the Profoto light. You can choose from more than 120 different light shapers and other accessories.

Pro Head Plus have the following modifications:

1. New sealed lamp connector

The new, sealed connector plug is the most visible difference. It keeps dust and moisture away from the connections. Together with the new Pro-B4 generator, the entire unit is protected against splashing water. This new connection is 100% compatible with the previous connection.

2. New tripod mount

The tripod mount has a secured locking screw. Now it can no longer be unscrewed completely by mistake. There is also an additional hole for even more mounting options.

3 New "Perfect Arc" flash tube - patent pending

The "Perfect Arc" flash tubes are a great new development, with improved ignition characteristics especially at low power settings. They also ensure better color temperature and power stability from flash to flash at all power settings. These new flash tubes are the predecessors of the ProHeads and Pro-7 Head compatible.

4 New improved protective glass

The protective glass is made of stronger glass and is therefore even more robust in daily use.
