Umbrella Deep Translucent S - A versatile and sizeable flash umbrella for diffused light

Flash umbrellas are the tool of choice for many photographers. This is understandable, because they are very easy to work with and easy to take with you wherever you go. Profoto's flash umbrellas meet exactly the same standards that apply to all our light shapers. They are available in 18 different variants. Thanks to the high-quality materials and surface-coated metal parts they are made of, Profoto's flash umbrellas produce superior light and are extremely durable.

All Profoto deep flash umbrellas have a deeper parabolic design compared to average flash umbrellas. The deeper design gives you better control over the beam angle. In addition, you can focus and shape the light by sliding the umbrella shaft forwards or backwards in the holder. The Translucent Umbrella is located between the subject and the light source. It reduces the contrast and creates a diffuse, soft light. Translucent umbrellas are therefore ideal if you are very close to your subject and need soft light.
