All Profoto deep flash umbrellas have a deeper parabolic design compared to average flash umbrellas. The deeper design gives you better control over the beam angle. In addition, you can focus and shape the light by sliding the umbrella shaft forwards or backwards in the holder. The Umbrella Deep Silver produces a crisp, direct light with high contrast and high power, similar to the light of a normal reflector.
